Cat City, PidgeyFLok and AntlerFlok are staffed on purpose through the cities they serve. The first hire is the one who takes the plan out of the founder's hands and delivers it. Everyone else comes after — we will announce each role here when it opens and call the list first. All roles are 1099 independent-contractor positions for now; no insurance or benefits are offered at this time, possibly in the future as programs are signed.

When a nest or burrow is found we hand it to you: licensed, insured, your methods, your invoice. We bring the map of where the rats actually are and the re-check afterwards. Looking for one operator per city, starting in California.
Nothing happens to an animal outside a written partner agreement. If you run one of these, we are the tech and data layer you have been missing.
People who show up and do well in community meetings and the pilot get first call on the paid roles. Court-ordered community-service hours can be served on infrastructure upkeep and pigeon tagging under a supervised partner lead. Rule that never bends: no animal handling without the partner's trained lead present.
