Shelter & Pickup Coordinator

The one-paragraph version

You coordinate what the shelters and TNR partners find: intake lists, pickups, transport to clinic days, returns to site, the paperwork trail for every animal. You dispatch the field team.

What you will actually do

Own the intake list from every partner shelter and TNR group: who is where, who is due, who goes back.
Schedule pickups, clinic days and returns; dispatch the field techs and caretakers around them.
Keep the paperwork trail for every animal: the partner agreement, the vet record, the collar serial, the release.
Be the calm voice on the phone for shelters, volunteers and the occasional upset neighbor.

Who fits

Detail-driven, phone-heavy, calm with animals and volunteers.
Runs a schedule that other people depend on and does not drop it.
Knows shelters and rescue people, or wants to.

Requirements

No degree required. Dispatch, scheduling, vet-clinic or shelter experience is a plus.
Per city; on site most days.

Direct hire · 1099. All roles are 1099 independent-contractor positions for now; no insurance or benefits are offered at this time, possibly in the future as programs are signed.
