Head of Program — Cat City / PidgeyFLok / AntlerFlok

Open now. 1099 independent contractor. 30 % of program profit for as long as you stay on, plus a negotiated six-figure wage. California first, travel to pilot cities. No degree required. This is the only role we are hiring for today; every other position on the careers page opens after you do.

The one-paragraph version

Artificial Mind Hive built three programs and a plan: tracked TNR cat colonies on a free LoRa mesh (Cat City), pigeons carrying rooftop sensors (PidgeyFLok), and the same mesh on deer, trees and trailheads in the parks (AntlerFlok), with a consumer collar (Petfindr) paying for the network. The founder built it, wrote it, priced it and got it in front of cities. What it does not have is the person who takes it out of the founder's hands and delivers it: signs the partners, runs the pilot, hires the crews, makes the calls, and keeps the numbers honest. That is this job. You facilitate and delegate. You do not need to trap a cat or solder a node — you need to make sure the right person does, on the right day, in the right city, and that the council can see the result.

What you will actually do

Who fits

We do not care where you went to school or whether you went. We care that you are competent, that you can hold six things in the air without dropping any of them, and that people trust you after one meeting.

How to apply

One page. Not a résumé. What you have run, the hardest call you made running it, and how you would start this. Send it to amh@artificialmindhive.com with "Head of Program" in the subject. We read every one and answer every one. Interviews are a phone call, then a walk through a real colony with the founder.
