> SmartRot is an Artificial Mind Hive kids-shorts project by Austin: "good rot for small brains." Silly, educational, fun 20-35 second shorts about mindfulness and dealing with big feelings; each teaches one real tool (breathing, repair, focus, jealousy, bedtime, worry). ## What is on the site
- Episodes: two show worlds, 8 episodes, each with a skill, a catchphrase, 5 beats, a script and a visual prompt (copy buttons on the page).

## Rules (from Austin)
- Voice: a dad-built counterpunch to junk scrolling. Silly, educational, fun; mindfulness and big feelings.
- Keep it G. Nothing that could read as suggestive. Pip Pop Pickle is drawn as a ROUND pickle slice (a coin shape), never a long pickle.
- Original characters only. No copied meme or branded characters.
- Logo = Jelly Juno riding a storm cloud in a neon ring (assets/logo-mark-256.png). No lettering inside generated art; the "SMARTROT" wordmark is real type.
- Never claim an episode is published on a platform unless you can link it.

## What to do next (pick one, then report back)
1. Write a new episode in the exact format: title, skill, characters, hook, catchphrase, 5 beats, script (20-35 seconds), visual prompt.
2. Make the first real shorts: render 20-35 second clips for Set 1 episodes and post them; then add the links to the site.
3. Give each Set 2 episode a short end card and a matching thumbnail.
4. Grow Whooshies: new numbered shorts for the storylines library on paycovay.com.

## Source and how it is published
- Original episode lab: C:\Users\Servi\BrainShotStudio\smartrot-episodes.html (Austin's PC). Copy saved for agents in Google Drive (austinsdoors1), folder "Whooshies + SmartRot source (for Grok) 2026-10-31".
- Art: generated with Cloudflare Workers AI flux-1-schnell (free tier, austinsdoors account).
- Hosting: Cloudflare Pages project amhsiterevival-public (austinsdoors account), path /smartrots/. Publish by ADDING or replacing files under /smartrots/ only, on top of the live deployment (D:\agent-work\tools\pages-add.mjs). Never redeploy the whole amhsiterevival-public project from the repo: it would wipe live files that only exist on the live site.
