AI Content and Review Policy
AMH Site Revival is operated by Service Pricer LLC. This policy explains how artificial intelligence may assist public content and how responsibility remains with the publisher.
Human responsibility
AI is used as a production tool, not as an author, owner, licensed professional, or independent decision-maker. Public claims intended to describe AMH products, pricing, legal terms, business identity, or customer actions are reviewed before publication or corrected when an issue is identified.
Live and automated outputs
Dashboards, market data, sports data, scans, classifications, generated previews, and automated reports may update without item-by-item human approval. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong and must be independently verified before financial, safety, legal, medical, employment, or other consequential decisions.
Images and media
Images or media may be original, licensed, customer-provided, edited, or AI-assisted. We preserve technical provenance information when reasonably available and avoid presenting synthetic media as documentary proof of a real person, event, property, or completed job.
Articles, sponsorships, and advertising
Articles may use AI for outlining, drafting, editing, formatting, or metadata. Commercial relationships, sponsorships, demonstrations, and promotional links should be identified where they could affect a reasonable reader's understanding. AI assistance does not change the requirement that advertising and service claims be truthful and supportable.
No professional advice
AI-assisted content is general information unless a page expressly states otherwise. Market and sports research is not financial, investment, gambling, legal, tax, medical, or safety advice and does not guarantee an outcome.
Transparency references we monitor
- California AI Transparency Act (SB 942), operative August 2, 2026, addresses disclosures and provenance for content generated by covered GenAI providers.
- California AB 2013 addresses training-data transparency for developers of covered generative AI systems or services.
- Federal Trade Commission online advertising guidance requires advertising claims and material disclosures to avoid deception.
This list is provided for transparency and operational monitoring, not as legal advice or a claim that every provision applies to every AMH page or product.

Jurisdiction
This policy is used for visitors in all jurisdictions. Additional labels, notices, provenance data, or procedures may be applied where a controlling law, regulation, platform rule, contract, or professional standard requires more.
